🌎✨【Howdy Japanese Language School Students Engage with Children at Raymond Ikaruga Kindergarten!】✨👶

Today, 13 students (6 groups) from Howdy Japanese Language School Nara Campus, originally from Nepal, had a fun and enriching time interacting with the lively group of children at Raymond Ikaruga Kindergarten! 🌏✨ The energetic and cheerful students made a strong impression as they tried their best to communicate with the children. 😊

🍵 Tea Ceremony Experience
The children, using their handmade tea tools, served tea to the students! Though they were a bit unsure of how to sit properly, they learned the tea ceremony etiquette and had a precious opportunity to experience this traditional Japanese culture. ✨ The students nervously wondered, “Is this the right way?” as they received the tea!

👋 Connecting in Nepali and Japanese
When the children began greeting the students in Nepali, the students were surprised! Together, they wrote self-introductions in both Nepali and Japanese, creating a message on a sheet of paper 📜✨. At the end, they took a smiling commemorative photo holding their creations 📸! This was a heartwarming exchange that transcended language and culture.

🌟 Surprise and Smiles with Kaleidoscopes
In between their activities, the children showed the students kaleidoscopes. The students were amazed, saying, “This is the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen!” and they enjoyed the beauty together with the children ✨. The kaleidoscope was a moment of shared joy and smiles.

Students’ Growth and Realizations
The students gained confidence, thinking, “If I use Japanese, I can connect more with Japanese people!” This experience greatly motivated their Japanese language learning 📚✨. Moreover, through interacting with local people, they learned valuable lessons for living in Japan.

🎉 Gratitude
We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to everyone at Raymond Ikaruga Kindergarten for creating this wonderful opportunity! It was an important time for the students to deepen their connection with Japanese culture and the local community 💖. We hope to have the chance to do this again next time!
