📚 [International Exchange with Sango Kita Elementary School 5th Graders 🌏✨]

On Friday, October 10, 19 students from Class 1 visited Misato Kita Elementary School to give presentations and interact with the children about school life and culture around the world! 👩‍🏫

The theme this time was “Elementary School Life in Different Countries.”
Students from Nepal, Bangladesh, and Myanmar introduced their own countries’ school systems, classes, recess, and traditional games.
Most of them spoke from memory, smiling and making eye contact with the children — it was truly impressive☺️

🔹 In Bangladesh, you can’t move up to the next grade unless you pass your exams!?
🔹 What is the Myanmar game called “Shay Zun Nyo”?

The children’s reactions — “Wow!” “Really!?” — were full of curiosity and excitement😊✨

🎮 The students also demonstrated traditional games such as “Tungi” and “Stone Game” from Nepal, and “Shay Zun Nyo,” a chasing game from Myanmar.
During recess, everyone played together and had a great time! 🎉

🍛 In the second half, they divided into groups to introduce “Food from Our Countries.”
Using photos, they explained ingredients and when the dishes are eaten, while the elementary students used their school bags and toolboxes to show what Japanese school life is like🎒🎶

It was a wonderful time to discover both the differences and similarities between their cultures.
