Visiting the Nara Toy Museum 🧸
The building across from our Nara campus will have its grand opening as the Nara Toy Museum on March 20!
Before that, thanks to the kindness of Director Maeda, international students were given a special preview tour. For those who are about to graduate, this was a precious opportunity to create one last special memory.
During the tour, the director himself explained the toys and exhibits, and even beginner-level students listened with great interest. 🥰
In the pretend shop corner, students from different countries gathered and enjoyed realistic role-playing, taking on roles such as shopkeepers, customers, store managers, and part-time workers. 😍
At the spinning top and kendama corner, some students showed off their hidden talents, while others quietly enjoyed board games. It was also heartwarming to see students tidying up the toys they played with. ☺️
Students excitedly shared their impressions:
🗣️ “We don’t have a place like this in my country!”
🗣️ “It’s so beautiful!”
🗣️ “It was so fun! I needed more time!”
🗣️ “I was deeply moved!”
Once the museum officially opens, many children will come to our campus. We are really looking forward to it! ✨
