🏫 Howdy Japanese Language School Joint Training Session 🀝

On August 4, partners from Howdy Japanese Language School Osaka Campus and Nara Campus took part in a joint training session together. 😊

A total of 34 partners from both campuses gathered at the Nara Campus. πŸ™Œ
Although we communicate frequently through our daily work, for many of us it was the first time meeting face-to-face, making the training a fresh and valuable experience. ✨

The Nara Campus is located on the site of a former university, and the campus is home to a variety of facilities operated by the SIPs Group. 🏫🌿

As part of the training, we visited Leimond Village Kodomoen, the Social Inclusion Academy (Care Worker Training School), Leimond Gakuen Nara Campus (Correspondence High School), Leimond College, and the Nara Toy Museum. πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈπŸšΆβ€β™‚οΈ

At each facility, we learned about its mission and initiatives from the partners working there.
Their passion and dedication to their work inspired us and gave us a deeper appreciation of the diverse roles within the SIPs Group. ✨
We also renewed our commitment to working together to create an even better learning environment for our students. πŸ’ͺ

For lunch, everyone enjoyed a meal together at Inclu Restaurant. 🍽️
Away from our daily work, we had lively conversations on a variety of topics and strengthened our connections across campuses and professions. 😊

In the afternoon, we took part in group discussions. πŸ“
The themes were, “What kind of school excites and inspires everyone?” and “What can we do to make that happen?” Each group then presented its ideas. 🎀

Even though the groups were formed on the day of the training, every team worked together remarkably well. It reminded us how important it is to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable sharing their ideas. ✨

Throughout the day, the campus was filled with smiles and lively conversations. 😊
It was a wonderful opportunity to rediscover the importance and enjoyment of meeting face-to-face and communicating in person. 🀝
We also gained valuable insights by deepening our understanding of one another’s work across different campuses and professions. πŸ“š

Moving forward, the Osaka and Nara Campuses will continue working closely together, making the most of each other’s strengths as we strive to build an even better school. 🌸
