🌏Sharing the Traditions and Customs of Our Home Countries✨

On July 22, Class 2 took part in an activity from Dekiru Nihongo: Elementary-Intermediate, Lesson 14, “Let’s Introduce the Traditions and Customs of Our Home Countries” 🌎📚

This time, the students chose one of three themes: New Year’s celebrations 🎍, weddings 💍, and festivals 🎉.
Once the themes were decided, they quickly moved into groups, divided the tasks, and began preparing their presentations👏
Their teamwork, developed through everyday lessons, was truly impressive😊✨

Our administrative staff also came to watch the presentations. Although some students looked a little nervous, each of them confidently introduced the traditions and customs of their home country🎤🌏

The Wedding group featured photos from a Nepali student’s sister’s wedding📸.
Everyone was amazed by the beautiful traditional clothing, with comments such as, “Wow!” and “So beautiful!”😍✨

The Festival group introduced a photo of a Bangladeshi student wearing a traditional Punjabi outfit👘✨.
At the end of the presentation, everyone listened to music that is actually played during festivals in Bangladesh🎵
Before long, students naturally began clapping along, and the classroom was filled with smiles and a joyful atmosphere👏😊🎵

The activity was not only an opportunity for students to introduce their own cultures, but also to learn about each other’s traditions, discover both differences and similarities, and enjoy a meaningful cultural exchange👀✨
