🚓✨ Police Lecture & Evacuation Drill Conducted! ✨🔥
On Thursday, November 13, we used one class period to hold a Police Lecture by the officers from the Seiwa Police Station.
The officers, who always support us with matters such as lost-and-found reports, kindly explained important rules and precautions for living safely in Japan 👮♂️📚
Because the students received the materials in advance and were able to prepare beforehand, they attended the lecture with serious expressions and showed clear understanding throughout✨
At the end, they also participated in role-play activities to learn “What should we do if we encounter situations like this?” 🎭❓
During the Q&A session, students actively asked questions they had always wondered about 🖐️💬, and the professionals gave them accurate answers and helpful advice 👮♂️👍✨
For students living in an environment different from their home country, learning not only the Japanese language but also Japanese rules can be challenging.
However, the police officers’ clear and careful explanations made this a very valuable and reassuring experience 🌏💡
🔥 We also conducted an evacuation drill! 🔥
After the lecture, students returned to their classrooms, and we held a fire evacuation drill 🚨
Using the actual building broadcast system, alarms and announcements were played as students checked the evacuation routes and safely evacuated the building 🏃♂️🏃♀️➡️🏫
In Japanese schools, students also learn the “O-KA-SHI-MO-CHI” rules 👇
- O (Osanai / Don’t push) 🙅♂️
- KA (Kakenai / Don’t run) 🚶♂️
- SHI (Shaberanai / Don’t talk) 🤫
- MO (Modoranai / Don’t go back) ↩️
- CHI (Chikayoranai / Don’t go near danger) 🚫
Did everyone follow the rules? ✨
Let’s remember today’s experience well and stay prepared for emergencies🔥🧯
