We propose and support learning plans and career paths tailored to students' aspirations.
Line support
Howdy has a “line support system” that offers comprehensive assistance from pre-enrollment to post-graduation. Before enrolling, we conduct interviews with students about their future goals and suggest study plans and career paths that align with their aspirations. Throughout the enrollment, students will engage in numerous meetings with their homeroom teacher and the course manager, aimed at guiding towards their desired career path. For those interested, we also provide employment support even after graduating from a vocational school or university.
Admission support
Before enrollment, we confirm student’s future goals and provide advice on suitable schools and educational paths that align with their individual aspirations, offering support towards successful admissions.
STEP 01
Career interview (Once every three months)
Once every three months, the homeroom teacher and the careers coordinator conduct career interviews. We will confirm the future goals of the student and give study advice to realize the goals.
STEP 02
Career guidance(1st year March)
When advancing to the second year, we will provide guidance on career paths such as further education and employment.
STEP 03
OG・OB admission consultation meeting / Off-campus information session (2nd year May)
Senior students who have gone on to vocational schools, universities, and graduate schools are invited to the school to hold counseling sessions. An information session will be held off-campus. Students can consult with professors at vocational schools, universities, and graduate schools.
STEP 04
In-school information session / Participation in open campus (2nd year July to August)
Have teachers from vocational schools, universities, and graduate schools come to the school, An information session will be held. During the summer vacation, open campuses of vocational schools and universities are held.

Choice of school (2nd year August)

Application / Entrance exam preparation (2nd year September)
Prepare the documents necessary for admission and apply to the school of your choice.
Prepare for written test and interview test.
Homeroom teacher and course manager will support the students.
STEP 07
Entrance examination(October to February of the second year)

Acceptance(October to March of the second year)
If a student passes the school of their choice, Enrollment procedures and visa renewal procedures will be carried out.
Documents required for higher education
The necessary documents for admission differ depending on the desired school. Class instructors and career advisors will assist the student in preparing the required materials. The following documents require special attention:
Graduation Certificate or Diploma (Last Educational Background)
This refers to the graduation certificate or diploma from the student’s home country’s university (or high school). The student needs to request this from the school they graduated from. If a Japanese translation is necessary, it can be created within our institution.
Academic Transcript (Last Educational Background)
This refers to the academic transcript from the student’s home country’s university (or high school). The student should request this from the school they graduated from. If a Japanese translation is required, it can be created within our institution.
Letter of Recommendation (Home Country University)
A letter of recommendation from a professor at the student’s home country’s university may be required. If possible, it is advisable for the student to approach their university professor early to request this.
Letter of Recommendation (Japanese Language School)
If a letter of recommendation from a Japanese language school is needed, the institution can issue it as long as it meets the recommendation criteria.
Research Plan
This is necessary when applying to graduate school. The requirements vary by institution, but some graduate schools may require a research plan of over 10,000 words. Sufficient preparation is necessary, and the class teachers and career counselors offer assistance in filtering research plans.
Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU) Score Report
When applying to universities, some institutions may require the EJU results, particularly national universities. Comprehensive subjects including mathematics are sometimes requested alongside the Japanese language scores. Depending on the university, submitting the EJU score report might exempt the student from certain entrance exams. Our school also provides preparatory classes for it.
Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) Score Report
Some vocational schools and universities may waive Japanese language exams based on the student’s JLPT score report. Our school offers preparatory classes for this as well.
Employment support
We provide employment support. for students who wish to work with the status of residence of Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services and Specified Skilled Worker.
