πβ¨ Community Exchange Connected Through Japanese β¨π
On January 20, as part of a training program organized by the Ikoma District PTA Council, the event βLetβs Explore the Social Inclusion Village!β was held, and many visitors came to observe classes at Howdy Japanese Language School, Nara π
On the day, guests first observed a beginner-level class, and then joined pre-intermediate and higher-level classes πβοΈ
To complete the tasks given during the lessons, students actively asked questions and communicated with the guests πββοΈπββοΈ
Although the students were a little nervous at first due to the unusual atmosphere, the guests spoke warmly and humorously with them, which gradually helped everyone relax and quickly feel at ease πβ¨
At the end of the visit, the guests kindly presented the students with a long jump rope, which delighted everyone ππ
After class, the students immediately began enjoying it together, creating a heartwarming scene π€π
Through these interactions in Japanese, students were able not only to practice the language but also to experience Japanese culture, daily life, ways of thinking, and feelings firsthand.
Despite coming from different countries, it was a truly happy time in which hearts connected πΈπ€
In a reflection survey conducted afterward, many students shared positive comments such as,
βI was able to talk with Japanese people in Japanese for a full 30 minutes!β
βI could understand almost everything they said!β πβ¨
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all members of the Ikoma District PTA Council ππ
